Facilities:
We have six 12’ X 20’ stalls, and eight 12’ X 10’ stalls, climate controlled office and tack-room, two grooming stalls, two outdoor wash-racks, and a heated indoor wash-rack. We provide individual turnouts, or shared turnouts depending on the situation of the particular horse.
We offer a 110’ X 200’ outdoor arena with limestone footing. In addition to the outdoor arena, we also offer a mowed grass arena. Both are dragged and watered daily, with a full course of jumps. We also offer spacious fields and trails along a creek to ride at your leisure.
For hauling we have a 2 horse slant load trailer, or 10 horse head-to-head which can convert to 4 box stalls for long trips.
Board:
Pasture: $500 (no lessons included)
Stall: $800 (no lessons included)
Training Board: $1200 (no lessons included)
Show Expenses:
Show care is provided as well as coaching at the ring, cleaning of your horses stall, grooming, tacking/untacking and any medication your horse may require under USEF rules.
Weekly show rates: $1200
Hauling is not included in the weekly rate, and lodging is billed out separately.
Expect to pay $100 per week per horse in tips for the guys.
Farrier Expenses:
Our farrier is one of the best because we believe a healthy horse starts with good feet. Horses are shoed every 4-5 weeks. Below is the pricing for different shoes:
*Full set of steel shoes with pads: $200
*Full set of shoes with front aluminum: $185
*Half set of shoes with pads: $150
*Full set of steel shoes: $150
*Half set of steel shoes: $100
*Trim: $50
Lesson Prices/Training rides:
(Lessons are priced based off of the experience of the trainer.)
1 hour lesson: $50
1 hour training ride: $100
Hauling:
Local Hauling: $50
Out of town: $1.00 per mile
$1.50 per mile for 1 horse

*there will be a $15 fee applied to any check covered by the farm. Clients are welcome to leave a signed check in the office for farrier, chiropractor, or vet.
